Exchanges and returns

• Deadline and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from receiving your order. The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• How to request it: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
• Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities and we cover the return shipping. If the size is out of stock, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange is accepted per order.
• Return due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You cover the shipping cost for returning it.
• Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise the right of withdrawal recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and the money is refunded within the legal deadlines.
• Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
• Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
• Refunds: They are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days following the receipt and inspection of the garment.
• If your order had free shipping: When returning part of an order, the actual shipping cost is deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase.
• Manufacturing defect warranty: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos and we will review it.
• Issues or lost shipments: Any delivery irregularity is subject to investigation with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during that period: money is returned when the official loss is confirmed or the package returns to us.
• Incorrect addresses: We assume no responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a package ordered via cash-on-delivery, the round-trip shipping costs are your responsibility.
• What is not covered: Wear and tear, improper washing, fading from the sun, or alterations made by third parties.
