🍽️ What does lunch include? Mojarra (fried, stewed, or "viudo" style), chicken breast or pork loin (various sauces: BBQ, Hawaiian, passion fruit, etc.), or BBQ ribs.
🛌 Do you recommend any lodging? You can see our selection of lodgings in Prado here.
⏰ What time does the tour start? Since it is private, you choose the time, but we recommend starting before 10:00 AM.
🚗 Is there parking? Yes, at the tourist pier (approx. $12,000 depending on the vehicle).
👶 Children under 2 years old: Only pay for medical insurance ($15,000).
🚤 Nautical sports? Available (banana boat, water skiing): $250,000 per hour.
Is it possible to join another group? No, our tours are exclusively private to ensure punctuality, flexibility, and a personalized experience without depending on third parties.
🦟 Are there mosquitoes or insects at the dam? Yes, it is a tropical area and there is a presence of mosquitoes and midges, especially near the shore from 3:00 PM onwards. We recommend using repellent, wearing light-colored clothing, and having the Yellow Fever vaccine.

💳 Payment and Reservation Policies

Reservation: Confirm your spot with 30% of the total value. Send the receipt via WhatsApp. The deposit is non-refundable in cash.
Remaining balance (70%): Paid on the day of the tour, before starting the activity, in cash or via verified transfer.

⚠️ Cancellation and Rescheduling

7 or more days in advance: Reschedule at no cost. 100% of your deposit remains as a credit (valid for 6 months).
Between 3 and 6 days before: Reschedule with a penalty of 20% of the total value for logistical expenses.
Less than 48 hours or No-Show: Last-minute cancellation, absence, or unpunctuality implies the loss of 30% of the total value, without the right to reschedule.
Suspension during the route: In case of hazardous weather, road closures, or authorities' decisions, if the activity must be suspended once started, the tour will be rescheduled. Only non-recoverable expenses will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be kept as credit.
