Participant Declaration
By making a booking, I declare that:
- I have read these terms.
- I understand the risks inherent to hiking, mountaineering, and nature activities.
- My participation is voluntary.
- My health condition allows me to perform the activity.
- All information provided is true.
Participant Commitments
During the activity, I commit to:
- Follow the guide's instructions.
- Stay with the group.
- Respect the established schedules.
- Not enter restricted areas.
- Use the provided equipment correctly.
- Maintain respectful behavior.
- Not consume alcohol or substances that impair my abilities.
Medical Conditions
It is the participant's responsibility to inform of any previous:
- illness;
- recent surgery;
- injury;
- physical limitation;
- allergy;
- medication I must carry.
Failure to provide this information may affect proper care in case of an emergency.
Emergencies
In case of accident or emergency, I authorize the tour operator and the guide to coordinate medical attention and the corresponding transfer when necessary.
Risks inherent to the activity
I understand that nature activities may involve risks derived from:
- weather changes;
- irregular terrain;
- altitude;
- physical exertion;
- wildlife and flora;
- falls;
- conditions of the natural environment.
I agree to participate at my own risk.
Photographs and videos
During the activities, photographs and videos may be captured for promotional purposes.
If the participant does not wish to appear in such material, they must inform us before the start of the tour.
Minors
Minors may only participate under the responsibility of their parents, legal guardians, or authorized adults.
