ℹ️ Important Information: Due to the yellow alert level maintained by the Nevado del Ruiz volcano, the authorized access point is limited to the "Tumbas" sector. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will find snow, but the high-mountain landscape is spectacular.

Note: If the group size increases on the day of the tour, we will apply the corresponding discount to the remaining balance. If you prefer an exclusive private vehicle, an additional charge of $60,000 COP per person applies.

• 6:00 AM: Meeting in Manizales (Terminal or pickup at central hotels).
• 7:10 AM: Visit to Laguna Negra.
• 7:20 AM: Breakfast near the paramo.
• Morning: Tour through the park (Aguacerales, Arenales, Tumbas).
• 12:30 PM: Lunch.
• 2:30 PM: Entrance to thermal springs (2 hours).
• 6:00 PM: Return to Manizales.

• 🐾 Can I bring my pet? No, due to environmental regulations and the protection of wildlife, pets are not allowed in the Los Nevados National Natural Park.
• 🎿 Do I need specialized clothing? We recommend a good thermal jacket, gloves, a hat, and leggings. You can find ideal options at our Randes store!
• 🥦 Are there vegetarian/vegan food options? Yes, we adapt the meals with plant-based proteins (vegan meat or sausage) and offer options free of animal-based broths.
• 🧑‍🦯 Can I hire a private guide? We offer exclusive guiding services for your group: $290,000 COP (Spanish) or $330,000 COP (English/French).

📜 PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Reservation: A 30% deposit of the total value is required. Please send your payment receipt via WhatsApp.
• Balance: Payable in cash on the day of the tour.
• Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.

‼️ NOTE FOR FOREIGNERS: There is an additional fee of $45,000 COP for non-resident foreign nationals, covering the special access tariff for national parks.
