Exchanges and returns

• Terms and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the time you receive your order. The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, free of odors and makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
• Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping to our facilities and we cover the return shipping. If there is no stock of the size, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is accepted.
• Return for dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You cover the return shipping cost.
• Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise the right of withdrawal recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, and the money is refunded within the legal timeframes.
• Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
• Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
• Refunds: They are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the garment.
• If your order had free shipping: When returning a part of the order, the actual cost of shipping is deducted from the refund, because free shipping applies to the total purchase.
• Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing flaw, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos and we will review it.
• Shipment issues or loss: Any irregularity in delivery is subject to investigation with the courier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during that period: money is returned once the official loss is confirmed or the package returns to us.
• Incorrect addresses: We do not assume responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping data.
• Rejected cash-on-delivery: If you reject a package you ordered via cash-on-delivery, the outbound and return freight costs are at your expense.
• What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, improper washing, discoloration from the sun, or alterations made by third parties.
