Exchanges and returns
- Terms and conditions: You have a maximum of 8 calendar days from the time you receive the order. The garment must be new, unused, unwashed, free of odors or makeup, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- How to request: Write to us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the garment. Wait for our authorization before sending it: we do not accept unauthorized shipments.
- Exchange for size or defect: You cover the shipping cost to our facilities, and we cover the return shipping. If there is no stock of the size, production takes up to 15 business days. 1 exchange per order is allowed.
- Return due to dissatisfaction: Only the value of the garment is refunded. You assume the shipping cost to return it.
- Right of withdrawal: Additionally, within 5 business days following delivery, you may exercise your right of withdrawal as recognized by Law 1480 of 2011. The transport of the return is at the buyer's expense, and the money is refunded within the timeframes stipulated by law.
- Custom-made garments: Garments made to your measurements or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be reassigned.
- Underwear and swimwear: For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns are not accepted for boxers, shorts, or underwear.
- Refunds: They are made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the garment.
- If your order had free shipping: When returning a part of the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as free shipping applies to the total purchase.
- Warranty for manufacturing defects: This is independent of the 8-calendar-day period: if the garment has a manufacturing defect, the legal warranty applies. Write to us with photos so we can review it.
- Issues or lost shipments: Any irregularity in delivery will be investigated with the carrier (3 to 5 business days). No refunds are made during that period: the money is returned once the loss is officially confirmed or the package is returned to us.
- Incorrect addresses: We assume no responsibility or costs for failed deliveries caused by erroneous or incomplete shipping information.
- Cash on delivery refused: If you refuse a package you ordered via cash on delivery, the outbound and return freight costs will be your responsibility.
- What is not covered: Wear and tear from use, incorrect washing, discoloration from the sun, or alterations made by third parties.

Recomendaciones de medición
- Asegúrate de que el largo de talle trasero (A) llegue hasta donde lo deseas.
- Al medir el perímetro de pecho (B), agrega 2 cm a tu medida final para conservar la holgura.
- No aprietes demasiado la cinta métrica ni la dejes demasiado floja.
- El largo de manga debe llegar hasta los nudillos cuando la prenda cuente con agujero para el pulgar.
