📌 ITINERARY:

• 4:00 AM: Meeting point near Victoria Shopping Center.
• 7:00 AM: Breakfast at a hostel near the park entrance.
• 8:30 AM: Induction talk at Los Nevados National Natural Park (3,911 m.a.s.l.).
• Hiking: 5 km to the Laguna del Otún viewpoint at La Asomadera (approx. 3 hours, 4,132 m.a.s.l.).
• 2:00 PM: Return and lunch at a local rural restaurant.
• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Arrival back in Pereira.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

• 🐾 Can I bring my pet? No. As this is a National Natural Park, pets are strictly prohibited to protect local wildlife.
• 🚗 Can I drive my own car? We do not recommend it. The road to this sector is in very poor condition, and private vehicles often get stuck. For your safety and that of your vehicle, we exclusively use our equipped 4x4 trucks.
• ⛺ Is camping allowed at the lagoon? This tour is a one-day hiking experience. We do not conduct camping activities at Laguna del Otún.

🚫 ADMISSION RESTRICTIONS:

• People over 69 years old and children under 14 (good physical condition required).
• People with heart or respiratory conditions.
• People who have had recent surgery.
• Pregnant women.

📜 PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Reservation: 30% of the total value is required.
• Group departures: The remaining 70% must be paid 2 days before the tour begins.
• Private departures: The remaining 50% can be paid on the day the tour begins.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or on the same day incur a 30% penalty.
