• Transportation from the boat departure point to the lodge is not included. The walk takes about 15 minutes on foot, or you can take local transport for around $5,000 COP.

• What time do the boats depart from Buenaventura? Departure times are: 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. It is recommended to arrive 1 hour early.
• Can I take a boat other than the 10:30 a.m. one? We do not recommend it, because with such a short tour you may not have enough time to complete all the activities.
• From what age can children join the tour? Children from 4 years old can join, and they must pay the full tour price.
• What does the menu include? We offer a variety of dishes such as fish, chicken, beef, seafood, and other local meals.
• Check-out is at 11:30 a.m., but you may leave your luggage at reception and continue using the facilities (hammocks, bathrooms, etc.).
• Where can I park my car? There is a parking lot called Parqueadero Torre Mar.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve the tour (non-refundable).

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• If you wish to cancel the tour, 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
