- Can I bring my pet? Answer: No, since it is a natural reserve.
- Are children allowed, starting from what age? From 5 years old.
- I am in Salento, how can I get to Filandia? Jeeps from Salento to Filandia depart every hour starting at 8 am (we recommend confirming this schedule again at Salento’s main square).
- Is it 100% guaranteed to see howler monkeys? Howler monkeys live in their natural habitat and move freely, so it is not 100% guaranteed to see them every day.
- How many people are there per group? We cannot know for sure how many people will attend. There could be 2 registered a day before, and minutes before departure more people may join the group. This is allowed as long as the limit of 10 people per guide is not exceeded.

- Bring rubber boots or shoes with good grip (the company offers rental of rubber boots for 10,000 COP per pair).
