- I’m in Salento, how can I get to Filandia? Jeeps from Salento to Filandia depart every hour starting at 8 am (we recommend confirming this schedule again at the Salento main square).
- Is it 100% guaranteed to see howler monkeys? Howler monkeys live in their natural habitat and move freely, so sightings are not 100% guaranteed every day.
- How many people go per group? We cannot know for sure, as some people may book the day before and others might join right before departure. This is allowed as long as the group does not exceed 10 people per guide.

- Bring rubber boots or shoes with good grip (the company offers rubber boot rental for $10.000 COP per pair).
