- Can I bring my pet? Answer: No, as this is a protected natural reserve.
- Can children join? Yes, of course. Children from 0 to 4 years old pay $35,000 COP, and children over 4 years old pay the full rate. Please note that children must be carried in a baby carrier and will be under your responsibility throughout the activity.
- I am in Salento, how can I get to Filandia? Jeeps from Salento to Filandia depart every hour starting at 8:00 am (we recommend confirming this schedule again at Salento’s main park).
- Is it 100% guaranteed to see howler monkeys? Howler monkeys live in their natural habitat and move freely, so it is not 100% guaranteed to see them every day.

How many people are there per group? We cannot know for sure how many people will attend, as there may be 2 people registered the day before the tour, and minutes before departure more people could arrive and join the same group. This is allowed as long as the limit of 10 people per guide is not exceeded.

- Bring rubber boots or shoes with good grip (the company offers boot rental for $10,000 COP per pair)
