❌ NOT INCLUDED:

• Does not include transportation from the city of origin to Buenaventura.
• Does not include transportation from the dock where the boats depart for the tours to the lodging. The walk takes about 15 minutes, or you may take transport for around $5,000 COP.

📋 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• Can I take the boat at 1:00 pm? We do not recommend it, as it would be a very short tour and ideally, you should arrive early to make the most of it.
• Children from what age can attend? Children from 4 years old may attend, and they must pay the full tour price.
• Check-out is at 11:30 am, but you may leave your luggage at reception and continue using the facilities, hammocks, bathrooms, etc.

PAYMENT POLICIES

• To book, 50% of the tour value must be paid (non-refundable).

CANCELLATION POLICIES

• If you wish to cancel the tour, you will be charged 50% of the tour value.
• After 25 days prior to the tour, no modifications to the reservation will be made.
